Family Health
Terms of Service
Effective and last updated: 22 August 2026
Family Health provides informational wellness dashboards for a private household. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.
1. Agreement
These terms apply to Family Health at health.raghavdatta.com. By connecting an account or using the service, each participant agrees to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and household access
Users must be at least 18 years old and authorised to connect each Oura or WHOOP account. Family Health uses one shared household login. Each participant agrees that the other participant can view their connected profile, health summaries, and trends. Do not connect another person's account without their explicit permission.
3. Permitted use
The service is provided for personal, non-commercial household use. Users must keep the shared password secure, use only accounts they are authorised to access, and notify the operator if they suspect unauthorised access.
Users must not:
- attempt to bypass authentication or access another household's information;
- interfere with the service, its providers, or its infrastructure;
- use the service for unlawful surveillance, discrimination, or automated decision-making about another person; or
- resell, publish, or commercially exploit the service or another participant's data.
4. Provider connections
Oura and WHOOP connections depend on the participants' provider accounts, permissions, and the providers' APIs. Provider terms also apply. Oura and WHOOP are independent services and are not responsible for Family Health. We may pause imports when needed to protect data integrity, respect rate limits, or prevent excessive resource use.
5. Wellness and AI disclaimer
Scores, trends, summaries, and AI-generated explanations are general informational tools. They can be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. They are not a substitute for professional medical judgment. Do not use Family Health to diagnose a condition, select medication or supplements, change treatment, or decide whether to seek urgent care.
Contact a qualified healthcare professional about health concerns. Contact local emergency services immediately in an emergency.
6. Availability and changes
Family Health is provided on an as-available basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, provider API changes, or household needs. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent retention of every provider record.
7. Privacy and data deletion
The Privacy Policy explains how the service processes information. A participant can revoke provider access or request deletion by emailing raghavendradatta.p@gmail.com.
8. Ownership
Each participant retains their rights in their personal information. Family Health's software, interface, and original content remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not grant rights to Oura or WHOOP names, APIs, or content.
9. Responsibility and liability
Users are responsible for decisions they make using the service and for maintaining the confidentiality of the shared login. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from provider outages, delayed or inaccurate data, AI output, or unauthorised use caused by a user's failure to protect access credentials. Mandatory legal rights are not excluded.
10. Ending access
A participant may stop using the service and revoke Oura or WHOOP access at any time. The operator may suspend access to protect a participant, the service, or its infrastructure. Data-deletion requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Abu Dhabi and the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply. Questions can be sent to raghavendradatta.p@gmail.com.
